What format do I need to supply for embroidery?

We will require a digital or hard copy of your artwork. Charges are based on the size of the design, and stitch count. A set-up charge may be applied depending on quantities.
What format do I need to supply for printing?

Vector files must be supplied for laser engraving, screen printing and pad printing. Vector files are usually Adobe Illustrator EPS or Ai file. For a nominal cost we can re-draw the following files into a usable file, JPEG< PDF< GIF< PNG and BMP files.
What information do you need for a quotation?

We need to know what products you are interested in, how many items are required, a detailed high res copy of your artwork and what type of decoration is required.
Do you have minimum quantities?

There are NO MINIMUM quantities for embroidered or heat press products. However there are minimums on promotional products and our staff will be able to assist with that information on request.
What time frame to complete my job?

We can embroider/heat press/screen print within 5 working days. All other types of decoration take 5-10 working days.
